How to enter a pattern
For four on and four off, enter Work, Work, Work, Work, Off, Off, Off, Off. For the 14-day 2-2-3 example, enter Work, Work, Off, Off, Work, Work, Work, Off, Off, Work, Work, Off, Off, Off.
The first date always corresponds to the first label. The pattern repeats continuously across weekends and month boundaries. You can use up to 31 positions and generate up to 90 days at a time. A label describes a day; it does not set its start time or paid hours.
Check before using the calendar
Compare the first full cycle with a confirmed roster. Then check the first date of the next cycle and a month boundary. If everything is shifted by one day, correct the anchor date rather than editing each generated row.
The generator cannot know about leave, overtime, shift swaps or employer changes. Its CSV is a date-and-label list, not a ClockPay import file or an ICS calendar. It does not create alarms.
Take the plan into ClockPay
Use the preview to understand the pattern, then create the corresponding shift templates and rotation in ClockPay. The app connects the calendar to shift times, reminders and configured earnings estimates. Adjust individual dates for exceptions.
Your pattern is processed locally in this page. Downloading the CSV creates a file on your device; it does not send the schedule to a server.
