Using ClockPay

ClockPay helps you plan shifts, review planned working hours, estimate earnings, and configure reminders, alarms and widgets. These terms apply to your use of the app. Apple's applicable platform terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement also apply to the app license. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Earnings are estimates

ClockPay is a planning tool and does not provide official payroll, tax, accounting, legal or employment advice. Calculations depend on the schedule, unpaid breaks, salary, rates and rules you enter. The effective hourly rate for a monthly salary changes when planned paid hours change. Overtime, leave and supplements depend on your selected rules; the app does not determine which laws or contractual rates apply to your employment. Verify figures against your employer's records before relying on them.

Alarms, reminders and widgets

Features depend on your iOS version, device, permissions and system conditions. System alarms require a supported iOS version; older versions use ordinary notifications, which follow notification, Focus and sound settings. A limited queue is refreshed as you use the app and when iOS permits background activity. Test alarms on your own device and maintain an independent backup for time-critical commitments. Widget information may refresh after a delay.

Your data and use

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping any exports or backups you need. Do not use the app unlawfully, infringe others' rights, or interfere with its operation. You retain rights to your own schedule and information. Our processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

Free features and saved data

The free version supports one job, up to three saved shift types and one rotation. Unlimited adds more jobs, saved types and rotations, custom pay rules, and exports. If paid access expires, existing schedule data is retained; limits apply to creating additional entries and accessing subscription features. You can continue viewing existing entries and managing your schedule.

ClockPay Unlimited subscriptions

ClockPay may offer weekly and annual automatically renewing subscriptions. The App Store purchase sheet and the paywall show the available plan, local price, billing period, included features and any trial or promotional offer before you confirm. A trial is offered only when explicitly displayed and when Apple confirms eligibility. Features included in Unlimited: custom overtime, night and weekend pay rules; multiple jobs; schedule and report exports; and unlimited shift templates and rotations.

Payment is charged to your Apple account under the terms displayed at purchase. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, an automatically renewing subscription renews and Apple may charge your account within the 24 hours before renewal. Any displayed trial converts to the displayed paid plan unless cancelled in time. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Deleting ClockPay does not cancel a subscription. Changes to price or terms follow Apple's notification and consent requirements and applicable law.

Restore, cancellations and refunds

Use Restore Purchases with the Apple account that made the purchase to restore eligible access. Restore does not create a new purchase. Apple processes billing and refund requests; you can request assistance through reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund eligibility is subject to Apple's process and applicable consumer law.

Availability and changes

We may update the app to maintain compatibility, fix errors or improve features. Availability may vary by operating system and region. We will provide notice of material changes where required and will respect existing paid entitlements and applicable consumer protections.

Responsibility

We take reasonable care in providing the app but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from incorrect inputs, missed alerts, device or third-party service failures, or reliance on estimates as official payroll. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer guarantees, fraud or other non-excludable liability.

Law and disputes

The law of Ukraine applies to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory protections that apply where you live. These terms do not require you to waive a consumer right to bring a claim in a legally competent local court. Contact us first so we can try to resolve an issue.
