What this policy covers
This policy explains how ClockPay handles information when you plan shifts, estimate earnings, use reminders and widgets, or purchase a subscription. The operator identified above is responsible for the app's processing of personal information.
Your schedule and pay information
Shift dates, names, times, breaks, notes, workplaces, profession, pay rates, salary, bonuses, pay rules and app preferences are stored on your device. ClockPay does not operate a cloud schedule account or send this schedule and pay database to RevenueCat. iOS device backups may include local app data according to your Apple settings. A workplace or location field is information you enter; the app does not request GPS location.
Widgets, alarms and notifications
ClockPay shares a limited schedule snapshot with its widget extension on the same device. When enabled, it provides alarm or notification titles and times to iOS so the system can display and deliver them. Widget, Lock Screen and notification previews can be visible to people who can see your device. You control permissions and preview settings in iOS Settings. The app processes this information to provide features you choose to use.
Subscriptions and RevenueCat
Apple processes purchases and RevenueCat helps us validate transactions, show subscription offers, restore purchases and determine paid access. RevenueCat receives an app-specific anonymous identifier, purchase and subscription information (such as product, transaction, entitlement, renewal and expiry information), and technical information such as app and operating-system versions, device platform, locale and connection information. Paywall interactions may also be processed for subscription operation and performance. An anonymous identifier can still constitute personal information. We do not receive your complete payment-card details. We do not provide your shift notes, pay rates or schedule database to RevenueCat.
See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy and Apple's Privacy Policy. These services may process data in the United States and other countries. Where applicable, international transfers require safeguards such as contractual protections.
Exports and support
ClockPay only exports a schedule or report when you choose to share it. The destination you select then handles that copy under its own terms. If you contact support, we receive the information you send. The optional alarm diagnostic report includes app/device/OS versions, time zone, permission and scheduling status, and error information; it excludes shift titles, notes and earnings. Review the report before sharing it. It is not automatically sent to support.
Purposes and legal bases
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process information necessary to provide requested app features, purchases and support to perform our agreement with you. We use permissions or consent where required, and may process limited information for legitimate interests in keeping subscriptions and the service reliable and secure, subject to your rights. We retain records when legally required.
Retention, deletion and your choices
You can edit or delete local shifts and other entries in ClockPay. Deleting the app removes its local container; previously created exports, Apple backups and purchase records may remain. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account. Subscription and support information may be retained for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve issues and satisfy accounting or legal duties. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or further retention information. We may need information to identify your purchase without asking for your Apple password.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact contact@14renders.com to exercise a right. Some purchase records must be handled through Apple, and local-only data is under your control on your device.
Tracking and security
ClockPay does not include advertising SDKs, sell personal information, or use cross-app advertising tracking. We use iOS app isolation and available platform security features. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
ClockPay is a work-planning app and is not directed to children below the minimum age for consenting to data processing in their country. If you believe a child has provided personal information to support, contact us so we can address it.
Changes and contact
We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change, and provide additional notice when required. Questions or requests: Dmytro Filipiev, contact@14renders.com.
